Who we are

We’re Rely Scrubs and Healthcare Supplies, based in Massachusetts. These terms are between you and Rely Scrubs and Healthcare Supplies. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

You must be 18 or older to place an order. When your payment goes through, we email you an order confirmation. If your items can’t be reserved after you’ve paid, we cancel the order, refund you in full and email you to let you know.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay. You can pay by card, or with the other options shown at checkout, such as PayPal and Venmo where offered.

Discounts

One discount applies per order. If more than one could apply, you get the biggest one, and discounts don’t stack. Discount codes can have their own limits, such as dates, how many times they can be used, or needing an account. Account and welcome offers apply when we run them, on the terms shown with the offer.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Email us at hello@relyscrubs.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full whenever we can. Once it has shipped, you can return it instead.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and returns & exchanges policy are part of these terms.

Products and sizing

We describe our sets as accurately as we can, with sizes as listed on each product page. Colours can look a little different on different screens.

Reviews you post

Reviews come from people who bought the set. Please keep yours honest and about the product. We may remove a review that’s spam, abusive, off-topic, about a different product or shares personal information, but never because of its star rating. By posting a review, you let us show it, and any photos you add, on our site.

Problems with a charge

If something’s wrong with a charge, contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than a dispute.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version governs.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
