At Rely Scrubs, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Clearance or promotional items are final sale unless received defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for size issues only, subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos of the item and original packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
